Bpifrance - Serving the Future
Bpifrance is a public investment bank, a French organization for financing and developing businesses.
Within the UX studio at Bpifrance, my goal was to support the studio in its development while industrializing the UX approach through the different projects entrusted to me.
Bpifrance projects report their needs and issues to the UX studio. We qualify the request then propose an adapted methodology (which translates into different deliverables).
My role
• Design research
• Journey mapping
• Workshops
• UI/UX design
• Prototypes
• User testing
Since June 2019, I have worked as a design consultant at Bpifrance. During my stay there, I had the chance to work in the following projects:
• Creation of a recommendation engine to recommend all relevant offers
• Improving of a social network for all Bpifrance employees and customers
• Design of an incident management portal
Recommendation of offers
My first project within the Studio was the creation of a recommendation engine to recommend all relevant offers for Bpifrance account managers.
Type of intervention:
• Implementation of user tests (via the Maze tool)
• Creation of the different routes
• Animation of design workshops
• Design and prototyping
Tribu social network
Tribu is a complementary application to the Bpifrance environment. This service allows you to manage your network via a solution offered by JamesSpot.
To do so, I had to intervene to set up user tests. Two sessions took place. A remote qualitative then a quantitative via the Maze tool with the:
• Goals definition
• Definition of the test protocol
• Conduct of user tests
• Restitution of test results
Service Manager Help
The Service Manager Help is an incident management portal. This portal helps manage problem and incident tickets and resolve customer complaints quickly.
My goal was to optimize the skin of the interface and the functionalities of the IT service tool
Type of intervention :
• Implementation of user tests (via the Maze tool)
• Creation of different routes
• Design and prototyping
